Kate is a designer, writer, and creative strategist who always seemed to take the long way. Jumping from one corporate ladder to the next, burnout was a way of life before she found out that climbing wasn’t in her DNA — building her own damn ladder was. Now she’s on a mission to give people the tech knowledge and systems design thinking that lets them design their own ladders: in their careers, their lives, and most importantly in building towards a more inclusive future.
